What is the arrangement between CPower and eCap Network?
CPower has purchased eCap’s business. CPower will act as the energy efficiency provider for all eCap customers.

Why was this acquisition made?
The acquisition of eCap Network fits with CPower’s strategy to expand our company’s energy efficiency (EE) capabilities nationwide. What does this mean for my company’s contract and agreement with eCap?
